The Original Cthulhu Pie
George Takei’s Instagram post featuring my Cthulhu Pie
I was requested to bake a Lovecraftian inspired Cthulhu Pie. I posted up the image of my result on social media at the time, and my friend grabbed it and made a meme out of it and thus “it” began. I suppose the image that went viral was more of an octopus but I made up for it with the video I created for people who wanted to try to replicate it. It was quite a surprise to get all the emails about it and some kind people asked me for permission to include in their talks, presentations, studies, or even tours at the aquariums. Who ever thought cephalopod-inspired baked goods would be a thing? Heck, even Star Trek’s George Takei was amused by it! Oh myyyyy! (see screen grab of post)

ONE DEAD CROW: PERSONAL ACCOUNTS OF THE PARANORMAL
Well, the title says it all. I know artists have a little bit of the funny stuff in their heads but I do know that the most skeptical of my friends have also had some very interesting things happen to them. I gathered all the stories I could possibly remember and recounted them here in this short book. I hope to follow up with it with some more stories one day. Personally, I’ve come to believe there is a quantum mechanic aspect to these occurrences. Even Einstein’s quote ‘“spooky action” at a distance’ can apply.
This self-published electronic book is available through Smashwords and also through Barnes and Noble. If you decide to pick it up, I hope you will enjoy it. I've only received great feedback—even a starred review from School Library Journal!
BLAH, BLAH, BLAH: A GLORIFIED THREAD OF OBSERVATIONS
This very short book is about some thoughts, musings and observations I've had through the years about life, religion, money, “good and evil”. It can be a difficult read for some because it talks about the things we, as a society, have come to rely on and worship in a sense, such as money. However, it's just my perspective. One of my many personal heroes Marcus Aurelius has stated, 'Everything you hear is opinion, and not fact.'
This is also self-published and available through various ebook venues such as Smashwords and Barnes and Noble. I've noticed there are a few more places that sell it but it takes a simple search engine query. This piece, like “One Dead Crow” was well-received but with the unanimous criticism that it was too brief.

Also the sounds of cicadas, whalesong, and baby alligators are quite captivating (they sound like sci-fi pulse lasers—how adorable!).
